Return Policy

Products which are custom made to order unfortunately cannot be returned unless damaged during shipment which must be verified by delivery driver at time of delivery.  Prior to shipment all items are inspected and well packaged. On rare occasions damage during shipment may occor.  We ask that you open and inspect all items upon recieving packages. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery if any damage occured to begin return process. 

Damaged During Shipment or Installation

Buyer must inspect all products upon delivery for any damage. If your product is damaged during shipment or delivery please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or at 225.337.2686.

Alumaworx LLC and AlumaworxBTR.com do not warranty any damage to products during installation by any homeowner or contracted third party installer. In certain cases which damage does occur, please contact us for options on repairing or replacing your product.
